For the Dogs

Our highly qualified and experienced groomers can perform many different types of clips.  Well maintained and knot free coats can be fashioned in many different styles, but if your dogs coat if full of mats or knots then there is no option but to shave it off and start again with new hair growth.  It's all up to you!!  All long haired dogs require regular brushing between grooming appointments to maintain a healthy coat.

All clips include ear cleaning and nail clipping.

Dogues scissor cut

Our top of the range cut!!  A specialised all over hand scissor will have your dog looking a million dollars.

Pedigree Clips

Pedigree dog clips are our speciality and are designed to have your pure breed dog looking like they have stepped out of the show ring.  We are happy for you to bring photos in as there are often variations within a breed as to how they are clipped and styled.

Comfort Clips

This is our most popular clip designed for any breed to have them looking cute and tidy with easy care.

Points Clip

A points clip includes the face (around eyes, mouth, etc), feet (excess hair trimmed or shaved) and around the bottom for hygiene.  Ideal for puppies growing their coat and also for adults in the winter months when the body coat is often kept for warmth.

Super Short Clip

Popular at the beginning of summer to get rid of all the winter wool and allows plenty of time to grow back into a healthy coat over the warmer months.

Groom through, Bath and Dry

Very popular all year round but particularly popular in winter when the coat is the right length and no clipping is required.  This includes a good brush out to get rid of the dead hair, followed by a hydrobath and then blow dry that will have your dog stepping out looking fluffed and buffed.

Hydrobath

Hydrobaths can be with either a herbal shampoo, medicated shampoo or a flea rinse.  Great for large dogs that are difficult to bath at home and also for short haired dogs that don't take long to dry.  One of our experienced operators will bath your dog for you and towel dry them afterwards.

Nail Clipping

Difficulty with cutting your dogs nails??  One of our experienced groomers can cut your dogs nails.  Appointments are required and can be done in conjunction with a hydobath.

For the Cats

Full Clip

Perfect for Persians with a tendency to develop mats or knots over their whole body.  We clip their fur back short into a beautiful short, almost velvet like coat over their whole body just leaving their head and tail and feet longer making them look a bit like a lion.

Belly Clip

Some cats only seem to develop knots underneith on their belly and under their arms and these are clipped away leaving the top coat longer.

Do we have a Tiger on our hands??

Unfortunately no matter how patient and nice everyone is, some cats simply will not tolerate clipping or brushing and certainly not bathing.  Fortunately, because of our association with the Ascot Veterinary Surgery, the Veterinarians can arrange for your cat to be sedated for grooming.  An appointment first needs to be made with the Vets to assess the health of your cat and the safety of any medications used.  Our reception staff can co ordinate all of this for you.
